Who Knew Being a Minority Could Be So Fun?

This goes out to all of those of you who are struggling with confidence or just want to be loved. My advice you ask? MOVE TO CHINA!!! Chinese people loveeee (Drag out for effect) Americans! Or anyone really for that matter who does not have black hair and slanted eyes. I can’t count the number of times we have been stared at when doing... well anything! It has become a game for us actually, we like to walk down the street doing ridiculous things and making weird noises. The problem with that though is we can’t tell if they are staring now because we are weird or what. Either way it’s really great for the ego. I am going to step off the plane in 3 1/2 months expecting every person to stare and love me but realize I am no longer different. I might just hop right back on that plane and go back!

If you take anything away from what I say it is this: Move to China if you need some lovin.

Now Steph filled you in on some secrets and I thought it would only be polite to do the same. So here it is... My good friends I have not touched a straightener, curling iron, OR blow dryer since my four dollar shoes from Rite Aid hit the ground in Hong Kong, nor will these locks be seeing one until I land in the Good Ol’ U.S.A. You all will have the pleasure of seeing my hair ‘au naturel’ for a good chunk of time so please don’t judge. Secret number two, I find it really funny to watch Mulan and Kung Fu Panda while I am in China. I find myself laughing and saying to myself “Yep, they got that part right” or “Woah, that is wayyy off” nonetheless it is quite comical. My last and final secret of the day, in the background of the pictures above you can see my HUGE closet. The best part is what you see is not just my clothes but all three of ours combined. Great isn’t it? So there you go! No big what did Ansley discover about life this week for ya. So enjoy :)

Fun Fact #5: We all admit that we wouldn’t have been friends in High School. Weird right?

Live Long and Prosper.
-- Patrick aka Spock, we trained him for two weeks before he was finally able to nail down the trekkie. HAH and they thought we were only teaching them English...
